DELIVERY
Orders can be received via Omniva parcel machines. The delivery fee is €3.50 (LV) or €7.00 (LT, EE).
When filling out the order form, please indicate the Omniva parcel machine where you would like to receive the shipment.
We will send the order confirmation and invoice to the email address you provided.
If you wish to receive the item outside of Latvia via Latvian Post intermediary:
In the "ADDITIONAL INFORMATION" box, please provide the EXACT recipient's name, surname, and address (street, city, country, postal code). Accurate recipient information is crucial when sending a shipment via Latvian Post; otherwise, we may not be able to send the package, or it may not reach its destination.
Choose the delivery method - delivery via Latvian Post intermediary worldwide (€10.00).
Orders are dispatched upon receipt of payment for the invoice.
The payment deadline for the invoice is 3 days from the time of purchase. If payment for the invoice is not made within the specified period, the invoice and order will be canceled.
After order confirmation, an order confirmation and invoice will be sent to the email address you provided. It may end up in the spam or promotions folder, but if you cannot find it there, please contact us at [email protected].
